Below, you will find the form to submit your basic info, as well as a short description of your band or musical style and a sample of your work. You can request to sign up for our open mic, or play on our main stage. In order to perform on the main stage at an Artservatory event, it is required that you complete your submission before or on the deadline date for each event. Open mic sign-ups are available on the night of the Session, but if you'd like to sign up ahead of time, this is where you can do that. Once you've finished your submission, give us a couple of days to respond.
